Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment and tracking details.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

If the package is returned to us, we can re-ship it once the correct address is confirmed (additional shipping fees may apply).

7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and/or product.
Our support team will review the issue promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund based on eligibility.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For Canadian Orders)

10. Order Cancellations After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
